FREEDOM of SPIRIT

In 1996, I was commissioned by the Ginetta Sagan Fund of Amnesty International to create a series of paintings that reflect upon our children as innocent victims of war. Freedom of Spirit addressed the tension between child-like imagery and beauty, poetic lines, and fragmented forces of pain and suffering.
